Shipping policy

We offer Worldwide International Shipping & US Domestic shipping. 

All orders will ship in 1-2 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped over the weekend or U.S. holidays. 

Domestic orders will typically arrive within 2-5 business days via USPS or UPS after being shipped, with delivery times varying based on the region. However, shipping may be delayed due to natural disasters.

*INTERNATIONAL ORDERS*

<Customs, Duties, and International Shipments>

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties and returned, original shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping, duties, and carrier fees will be deducted. If total fees exceed the order value, no refund will be issued.

By placing an international order, the customer agrees to the following:

<Payment of customs and duties>

Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees required by the destination country must be paid directly to the carrier or local customs authority for the package to be released. We do not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.

<Failure to Pay Customs Fees>

If customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not paid within the required timeframe, and the shipment is refused, abandoned, destroyed, or returned to sender, the order will be treated as a return due to unpaid import charges.

<Returned Packages Due to Unpaid Customs>

If a package is returned to us because customs fees were not paid, refused, or left unclaimed:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Any return shipping fees, carrier handling charges, brokerage fees, and additional import charges incurred upon return will be deducted from the order total
  • If the total fees incurred exceed the order value, no refund will be issued

Due to the significant costs associated with international returns, including return shipping, customs re-entry charges, and carrier fees, we reserve the right to deny any refund in cases where accepting the return results in a financial loss to our business.

A refund for the merchandise, if applicable, will only be issued after the package is successfully returned and inspected.

<Reshipment requests>

If the customer would still like to receive the order once it is returned to us, a new shipping label must be purchased. We recommend selecting a reliable courier and ensuring all customs charges are paid promptly to avoid delays or returns.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or for packages held due to unpaid duties or taxes.
