How to Start a Return
To start a return,  please click here.. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email with instructions and a return address.

Returns sent without approval or outside of our return window will not be accepted or processed, and will not be eligible for a refund or store credit.

General Policy
Returns are for store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Once approved, the package must be shipped back within 3 business days. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted. We are a small brand producing limited quantities ethically and thoughtfully.

Conditions for Returns
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unstained. They must have original tags attached, be unscented and in original packaging, and be neatly folded. Items with signs of wear such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, body odor, or pet hair will not be accepted. If the item is returned shoved into packaging or not in original condition, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted from store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, discounted, or promotional sale items (Black Friday, end-of-season, etc.) cannot be returned. Jewelry, underwear, lingerie, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, delicate garments, gift cards, and chains are also non-returnable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are limited to one size swap per item in the same design and color or for an alternate product. The fastest way is to return the item, and once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

Shipping & Labels
We offer Checkout+ for free return shipping. Customers choosing Checkout+ will receive a prepaid label through our portal. Customers who opt out are responsible for return shipping costs, and labels must be purchased through our portal. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered return parcels.

NYC Customers
We cannot accommodate in-person returns at this time. Please use our online portal for a smooth process.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and submit a request immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. If your package seems lost, first contact the courier. USPS often marks packages as delivered prematurely and they typically arrive within a few days. If not delivered after 5 business days, please file a claim with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost packages.

Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval. If approved, store credit will be issued via gift card promptly.
